In accordance with industry standards for TCG products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on sealed and single items. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please contact us Via email at Capt@eyrietradinco.com and we will ensure that the issue is resolved.
Cancellations may be requested prior to shipment; however, please note that a cancellation fee of 3% will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the non-refundable payment processing costs incurred during the initial transaction.

Pre-Order Policy
Important Information Regarding Pre-Orders
We kindly request that you read the following information carefully before placing a pre-order (or back-order) on Eyrie Trading Co.
When you order a pre-order item, please be aware that all items in your shopping will be shipped together with pre-order items. For instance, if a pre-order item is scheduled to ship in one month, all other items in your cart will also be delayed until that time. If you wish to receive non-pre-order items immediately, we recommend that you place them in a separate cart and complete a separate checkout.
Please note that orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Additionally, pre-order and back-order purchases will be charged to your credit card account immediately upon completion of the transaction.
